Very nice staff, I made a same day appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes to an hour. They were very informative and even took care of me with my out of state insurance that they didn't have in their system even though it's covered. This will be my families new eye doctor until we move from the area.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Clarkson Eyecare for an eye check-up for my wife and I, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service and expertise. Clinic was clean modern, and well-organized, along with barely any wait time which is a plus! Between the EYE DR and a lady named Patti (which is the real MVP of my visit) Overall, my experience at Clarkson was fantastic, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch eye care

The people are great!!The doctor was very informational. Great! The one thing that I feel should be explained is the Bill with a complete breakdown. I noticed that there is a warranty on there "I was not asked if I want. Should not just add without asking. Thinking about removing for that reason. will let you know

It's been a year since I got my eyes checked and I usually go to the mall but this location was closer to me and newer so I decided to check them out. From the moment we scheduled our appointment to the moment we left their office, it was so pleasant. The front desk girl was so sweet and the doctor was so helpful in explaining the whole process. You can tell that they pride themselves in what they do and they are not in it for the money but truly for your care! It's so hard to find this kind of care nowadays and we are so glad that we found it here at Clarkson Eyecare. We will be going here for all our eyecare needs!

This place is by far the worst place I have ever been to. I made an appointment in person to see if they took my insurance. I asked them upfront to check my co-payment and check to see how much I would have to pay out of pocket. The tech told me don't worry about it; you are fully covered. I had my appointment with Dr.(Richard Marrotte), and it went well at first. He tried to joke about everything and tried to upsell me on everything. I told him I just needed a basic eye exam. He wanted to sell me bifocal contacts and never told me or gave me a price. At the end of the exam, my bill was over 200 dollars without insurance coverage. I asked him why the bill was so high, and he told me because of the bifocal contact exam. I told the tech he never gave me a price, and I didn't know he would charge me that outrageous price. The DR, the front tech, and I started arguing over the exam in front of customers. I only wanted to know why I wasn't told the price beforehand. *Please be aware of this place* I will also write reviews about them on Facebook and other social media platforms.
